Zebedy - Set The Pace

We have been sent over the newest EP from Welsh rockers Zebedy titled 'Set The Pace' and HOLY SHIT it is massive!

The band a clawing influences from so many bands including Biffy Clyro, Karnivool and Reuben and that really shines through in this EP. So much is going on and the tracks just tear you apart from the get go. Starting with the titular track 'Set The Pace' immediately pulls you in by the scruff of your collar and shows you everything that the band is about.

The whole EP is a mix of different influences that the band have merged to create something truly incredible, never have I heard a band sound so constructive within creating their own identity and yet at the same time manage to absolutely demolish everything that is considered the norm in modern rock music.

Zebedy are going to be huge, there is absolutely no doubt at all about that, it is only a matter of time before their brand of rock hits the scene and when it does you will certainly know about it.

It will be interesting to see what other influences the band drag in for their album/future releases and what else they aim to experiment with, because as far as I can tell there is nothing off limits and there is nothing that these guy's can not do, they are expertly set up to succeed with such an impelling sound.
